It is my pleasure to invite you to the Exhibition Opening of Rørpost  an International Art Collaboration Saturday, September 16 at 5:30 p.m. Wilsons Featured Exhibit Gallery at the Discovery Centre , September 16 - October 4, 2017. Please RSVP by going to the following eventbrite page at  http://bit.ly/2vJsR4w  I had the pleasure to be one of the 24 Nova Scotian artists (Art Focus Group) that collaborated with 24 Danish artists from Esbjerg (Blå Døre Group), Denmark. We each started a painting then sent it to our collaborator in Denmark to finish it and vice versa. After the exchange each of us created a response piece to reflect our project experience. In total 96 works were created. Come hear how your story can be told visually. Dawn Josey is a mixed media artist living in Enfield, Nova Scotia. She is an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists and a board member of Visual Arts Nova Scotia who exhibits her work in group and solo shows throughout the province. She is currently continuing studies at NSCAD University.
