I’m sitting in the wonderful Uniacke Estate Museum Park (Mt. Uniacke, NS) and enjoy the warm breeze and the shade of the old trees to write my blog today. I have just started when a movement on my keyboard catches my eye. A caterpillar making its way up the keys, determined to reach the edge of the keyboard. I’m fascinated. I look at it closely and if it wouldn’t move, I wouldn’t know where the head is. Both sides look quite similar and when it lifts the tail, it seems like two eyes starring at me in defense. Again I admire nature’s ability to provide camoflash for its smallest critters.
